An eclipse occurs when the moon shadows through the dimness of the Umber, resulting in a slight darkening of the lunar disk. This video was taken through a Celestron PowerSeeker 127 EQ from a Nikon Coolpix L10. This eclipse marks the end of the new lunar year, 14 days after the partial solar eclipse occurred. The videos, mostly on clock 22.20 Singapore time (0800 GMT), was taken 18 minutes before the peak of the eclipse can be seen.
